Leica RemoteCare Diagnostic Support increases instrument uptime and productivity

Life time costs as well as equipment uptime are critical aspects of instrument performance. Leica RemoteCare allows Leica Microsystems to remotely monitor, access and repair products in use at customer sites.

RemoteCare is currently available for the Leica TCS SP5 laser scanning microscope, the Leica ASP tissue processors, and the Leica CM3600 XP cryomacrotome. The system will be implemented in all new complex instruments.
